From the April 28th Entertainment Weekly:

What to Watch

SUNDAY
April 30

9-11PM
TAKE ME HOME: THE JOHN DENVER STORY (CBS, TV-PG-L)
Now we know why Chad Lowe was really crying on Oscar night: While wife Hilary Swank's amassing statuettes, he's stuck playing the four-eyed folksinger in this TV biopic. Still, he gives the role his all and soars above the earthbound material, as do Sex and the City's Kristin Davis (as Denver's first wife, Annie, left with Lowe) and Sweet and Lowdown's Brian Markinson (as his mensch of a manager). Not so Gerald McRaney, who seems to be experiencing Major Dad flashbacks as Denver's military-pilot pop.
B - Bruce Fretts

We might all be crying if we watch this.
